Latest Episode of Ahsoka Unveils Ezra Bridger's Newfound Superpower

The topic “Latest Episode of Ahsoka Unveils Ezra Bridger’s Newfound Superpower” has two versions, a written version below, and a video version below the written version.

In Episode 6 of Ahsoka, viewers were introduced to Eman Esfandi’s Ezra Bridger in live-action. In the following episode, Episode 7, the character displayed one of his newly acquired Force abilities.

The Disney+ show has been full of surprises and unexpected plot twists with each new episode release. Some characters, like Rosario Dawson’s Ahsoka Tano, have even demonstrated new Force powers that they hadn’t previously possessed. For example, in Episodes 2 and 5, Ahsoka was able to use psychometry to uncover what had happened to Natasha Liu Bordizzo’s Sabine Wren.

Ezra Bridger's New Force Power In Ahsoka

In the 7th episode of Ahsoka, Ezra Bridger and Sabine Wren found themselves fleeing from both Peridean raiders and Shin Hati.

Despite their best efforts to defend themselves, they were eventually cornered by Grand Admiral Thrawn’s Night Troopers.

Sabine presented Ezra’s lightsaber to him with the intention that he would protect them, but he declined and reminded her that he had given it to her, making it her possession.

Additionally, Ezra demonstrated new Force skills that had not been seen before by Star Wars enthusiasts.

As stated before, this move resembled the Force Push technique used by Ezra in Star Wars Rebels. However, it involved more than just one forceful push to repel a person or object. It was more like a form of hand-to-hand combat. In that scene, Ezra also displayed a unique and uncommon Force skill in the Star Wars universe by stopping Shin Hati’s lightsaber from cutting through him.

During their fight, Shin swung her lightsaber at Ezra. However, instead of using another lightsaber to block her attack, Ezra relied on the Force to stop her. This unconventional move is not often seen in other Star Wars projects, but it was also used in The Rise of Skywalker when Kylo Ren and Rey fought on the ruins of the second Death Star.

Will Ezra Display Other Force Abilities in Ahsoka Episode 8?

In Episode 7 of the Disney+ show, Ezra, Sabine, and Ahsoka achieve a minor victory, but their struggle is far from over.

To escape Peridea and return to the Star Wars galaxy, they must confront Thrawn, the Great Mothers, and the remaining Night Troopers in Episode 8.

Ezra spent around 12 years alone on Peridea after disappearing with Thrawn during the Liberation of Lothal (Before the Battle of Yavin), while Ahsoka’s story took place in 11 ABY (After the Battle of Yavin).

As a result, he had to rely on his own strength to survive, and he may have taught himself Force martial arts since he lacked a lightsaber or any other weapon.

Nevertheless, he declared that “the Force is [his] ally” and that it is all he requires in Episode 7.

It is possible that during his time on the planet, he acquired additional Force abilities that he has yet to uncover.

If he continues to fight without his lightsaber in Episode 8, it is conceivable that some of these skills will be revealed if they confront a more significant adversary than the Night Troopers and Raiders.

Disney+ subscribers may stream Episode 7 of Ahsoka.
