After being prompted by a comment on one of his recent Instagram posts, director James Gunn denied the report of a conflict in the Middle East in Superman: Legacy. The user asked Gunn to confirm whether the controversial plot was true or not.

Gunn responded by saying “It isn’t true,” as he attempted to clear the air. So far, DC Studios and Gunn have confirmed very few plot details about the upcoming film. However, some actors have already been signed up for roles. Among them is Maria Gabriela de Faria, who will play The Engineer – a new villain for the DC Universe.
What Will Happen in Superman: Legacy?
Movies are often considered a source of entertainment and a way to escape from the real world, at least for a few hours. With Superman’s updated motto of “Truth, Justice and A Better Tomorrow”, fans expect to watch Legacy as a means of distraction and hope to leave the movie with a renewed sense of optimism.
