The topic “Disney Reveals Five Key Star Wars Actors for the Show Following Ahsoka” has two versions, a written version, and a video version below the written version.
Skeleton Crew, a new Star Wars Disney+ series from Lucasfilm, has just received its core cast.
Fans are looking forward to what will happen now that Rosario Dawson’s Ahsoka has finished airing. It will be the first installment in the franchise starring Jon Watts, with eight episodes currently planned for a possible early 2024 premiere.
The plot centers on four young people who “make a mysterious discovery” and end up “lost in a strange and dangerous galaxy.”
Jude Law will play the main role in the cast, and he will be joined by at least four other young actors who will also play major roles in the narrative. Unfortunately, very little is currently known about any of their characters.
Star Wars: Skeleton Crew Cast
Five of the key characters in Star Wars: Skeleton Crew have been confirmed by Lucasfilm in an official copyright filing.
Jude Law
The most famous actor who has been confirmed to be a part of Skeleton Crew is without a doubt Jude Law. Law has recently appeared in a number of films, including Firebrand, Peter Pan & Wendy, Fantastic Beast: The Secrets of Dumbledore, and others.
If Sherlock Holmes 3 ever happens, Law is also anticipated to return in the role of Dr. John Watson.
One of the few cast members that viewers even know a little bit about is his character. He is (or was) a Jedi, as evidenced by earlier footage of him wielding the force. He’s also been compared to “Bran” from The Goonies and the “teacher” from The Goonies.
Ryan Kiera Armstrong
Ryan Kiera Armstrong has recently been performing well. She played a variety of characters, including Brooke Briggs in The Old Way, Charlie McGee in Firestarter, Alma Gardner in six episodes of American Horror Story, and others.
She will also be seen in the upcoming film Maternal in addition to Skeleton Crew.
Robert Timothy Smith
Although Robert Timothy Smith’s résumé is a little less extensive than Armstrong’s, it is still rather impressive. He had a fleeting appearance in Tosh.0, Good Girls, and Mythic Quest.
He will also appear in Dear Santa, a movie about a young boy who unintentionally sends Santa Claus’ annual Christmas card to Jack Black’s Satan.
Ravi Cabot-Conyers
Many people will be familiar with Ravi Cabot-Conyers as the Antonio in Encanto, a character who also makes a brief appearance in the brand-new Disney Animation short Once Upon a Studio.
He will also be working on Firebuds and Grassland in the near future.
Kyrianna Kratter
Another confirmed actor for Skeleton Crew is Kyrianna Kratter, who has previously been in films including United States of AL, Bunk’d, The Healing Garden, and others.
What Will Skeleton Crew Give Fans?
Tunde Adebimp and Kerry Condon will also be a part of Skeleton Crew, while the new Copyright listing does not confirm any further actors for the Star Wars production. Additionally, it was recently revealed that actor Jaleel White will portray a pirate in the upcoming Disney+ series.
A proper teaser shouldn’t be too long in coming because the program might premiere in early 2024. The story of Skeleton Crew has long been unknown to audiences, and many of them are eager to find out more.
The synopsis makes a subtle but significant hint about the core cast getting trapped in a “strange and dangerous galaxy.” Could Peridia, which was only recently introduced in Ahsoka, be making an appearance in this series?
Due to the fact that both Ahsoka Tano and Sabine Wren are now imprisoned there, it would be the ideal location for a crossover. In order to join Ezra Bridger and the New Republic in their battle against Thrawn, perhaps this new crew will be traveling back to their original location.
After all, Jude Law’s project will almost surely come into contact with other characters and series at some time given Dave Filoni’s upcoming massive MandoVerse crossover movie.
Skeleton Crew is expected to premier on Disney+ at some point in early 2024.
