The DCU roles of some Blue Beetle cast members have been announced by DC Studios.

In 2023, Jaime Reyes will star in his first live-action solo tale alongside films for more well-known characters like Shazam, the Flash, and Aquaman. The action-packed blue superhero outfit he’ll wear on the big screen will also make its debut.

The Reyes family, their friends, and their foes were brought to life in the DC Universe by an amazing group of performers, despite the fact that the character himself is fresh to this type of limelight.

Confirmed Cast Members for Blue Beetle

Xolo Mariduea in the role of Jaime Reyes

Adriana Barraza in the role of Nana Reyes

Adriana Barraza, a well-known actress from Mexico, plays the grandmother of the main character in Blue Beetle, joining Jaime Reyes’ personal family.

Barraza has a lengthy experience in Spanish-language films before she helps complete this new Latin family that will shine in DC’s next adventure, along with a few parts in other blockbusters like Thor and Rambo: Last Blood.

Damán Alcázar in the role of Alberto Reyes

Susan Sarandon in the role of Victoria Kord

In this film, Susan Sarandon joins the DC Universe as Victoria Kord, who was hinted at in the teaser as the film’s main villain looking for the scarab that grants Jaime his superpowers. She looks to be determined to defeat the Blue Beetle from the footage thus far, despite the fact that her brother Ted briefly served as the Blue Beetle in the comics.

Raoul Max Trujillo in the role of Conrad Carapax

The television adaption of Taika Waititi’s 2014 mockumentary-style comedy, What We Do in the Shadows, features Guillen in the title role of vampire familiar turned bodyguard Guillermo.

On August 18, Blue Beetle will make its cinematic premiere.
